We never use Meta data for unrelated business activities or share it with unauthorized parties. Your Meta-linked data is stored securely and used only to fulfill the services provided by WAPI.

6.1. Meta Platform Compliance

WAPI by BETALOGICS strictly adheres to Meta’s Platform Terms and ensures that it only requests the minimal set of permissions and data fields necessary to deliver the core functionality of our services. We do not request excessive or non-essential data from any user. All access to user information is governed by the principle of data minimization and is limited to what is explicitly required for features such as responding to messages, managing Instagram and Facebook Page interactions, and providing automation tools for comments and inbox management.

We only access and process the following categories of data:

Instagram Business account profile data (e.g., ID, name, username)

Facebook Page metadata and tokens

Messages, comments, and replies for automation

User access tokens (secured and encrypted) for maintaining session activity

Every permission we request has been reviewed and approved by Meta during the App Review process, ensuring full transparency and user safety. No unauthorized scopes are requested, and any updates to permissions undergo internal security audits before being rolled out.

Additionally, WAPI does not sell, share, or repurpose user data for advertising or any third-party marketing. All data collected is solely used to provide the features our users have explicitly signed up for. Our system continuously monitors API usage to ensure that no data is accessed beyond the granted scopes and tokens, and that the Meta API is used only in compliance with their policies.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

  • You can delete your account, messages, or contacts at any time from within the WAPI platform.
  • Once deleted, we stop processing your data immediately.
  • If Meta sends us post-deletion webhooks, they are discarded without processing.

To fully disconnect from Meta, you may also remove the WAPI by BETALOGICS app from your Facebook or Instagram App Settings.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. These include:
